Responsibilities:
- Develop HRD strategies and create annual training plans.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design a comprehensive training roadmap for the entire company across Asia.
- Implement and manage leadership development programs.
- Collaborate closely with Head of HR to develop the Academy website and enhance knowledge management within the organization.
- Prepare, facilitate, and conduct both onsite and online training sessions, followed by coaching and on-the-job training.
- Monitor the effectiveness of delivered training programs.
- Handle training administration tasks, including maintaining and submitting training records to the Department of Skill Development.
- Design and develop training courses and on-the-job training plans.
- Maintain and enhance internal support systems to achieve service quality standards.
- Deliver orientation programs and provide follow-up support for newly hired employees.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning classes.
- Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties to meet training requirements.
- Actively contribute to and recommend continuous improvements in training processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, including learning solution design, training delivery, and organizing training programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
- Trainer or facilitator skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English communication.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
