Assistant HR Manager (Korean nationality)
Work location: Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage organizational strategies and provide consultation on HR functions to achieve company objectives and support overall development.
Analyze and oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, compensation, welfare and benefits, compliance with Thai labor law, performance evaluations, and training arrangements.
Collaborate closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Conduct reviews of roles and responsibilities, job descriptions, and develop job evaluation processes.
Implement the training roadmap and programs, conduct training surveys, and address training needs relevant to the company’s business.
Report directly to the HR manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
***Korean national proficient in Thai and English.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HRM and HRD.
Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and their responsibilities.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices.
Proficient understanding of labor regulations and laws.
Business-level proficiency in both Thai and English, with an emphasis on the importance of effective communication, including speaking, reading, and writing in Thai.
