HR strategic planning (manufacturing)
Location: Bangpoo, Samutprakarn
Enhancing and maintaining the organization's human resources through the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and practices.
Working closely with the HR team to understand business needs and challenges, designing and implementing effective strategies, and preparing required reports for management.
Developing and implementing policies related to people management, talent attraction, deployment, and development to foster a positive and performance-driven company culture.
Leading the recruitment and selection process, including staffing, hiring, and onboarding.
Overseeing Learning & Development initiatives and conducting training activities.
Directing and monitoring performance appraisal systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements and market competitiveness.
Collecting data and providing relevant reports, dashboards, and analysis on key HR metrics for a comprehensive view of HR activities.
Promoting a positive corporate culture to boost employee morale and engagement by organizing events and activities.
Benchmarking HR trends and advising on areas for internal improvement.
Collaborating with HR colleagues within the Group to share and implement HR best practices.
Supporting various projects and providing information as assigned.
Qualifications
Fluent in Thai and good command of English (spoken, read, written).
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with experience in HR strategy planning, change management, administration, management, and organizational development.
Proven minimum 7 years of experience in implementing innovative HR strategies, HR transformation, and change management.
Experience in managing factory HR operations.
Strong analytical skills, initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, perseverance to drive change, and a positive, continuously improving mindset.
Experience in dynamic working environments is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability, the ability to handle ambiguity, and resolve complex situations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership skills and experience in team environments.
Willingness to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan area.
