The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as
HR PMS (Performance Management System) (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)
Position: HR PMS (Performance Management System)
Location: Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
Business: Manufacturing
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle HR PMS evaluation system all loops.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Serving as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning, aligning L&D strategies goals and evaluating and measuring the impact of L&D programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Overseeing HR policies, processes, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Utilizing data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and demonstrate measurable impacts on the business.
- Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This position, salary around 35,000 - 40,000 THB
- Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Over 3 years’ experience in HR at Manufacturing business will be advantage
- Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
- Knowledge in Labor Law.
- Able to work under pressure and different culture.
- Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
- Able to travel to work in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
