HR PMS (Performance Management System)(Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)
Position: HR PMS (Performance Management System)
Location: Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
Business: Manufacturing
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle HR PMS evaluation system all loops.
Developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
Serving as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
Leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives to ensure business continuity and growth.
Designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities.
Fostering a culture of continuous learning, aligning L&D strategies goals and evaluating and measuring the impact of L&D programs to ensure effectiveness.
Overseeing HR policies, processes, and compliance with local labor laws.
Utilizing data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and demonstrate measurable impacts on the business.
Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position, salary around 35,000 - 40,000 THB
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
Over 3 years’ experience in HR at Manufacturing business will be advantage
Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
Knowledge in Labor Law.
Able to work under pressure and different culture.
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
Able to travel to work in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
