Overview:
This role encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities within HR, Administration, and PDPA in Thailand. It includes aspects of Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Professional Development and Training, Talent Management, Employee Relations, HRIS & HR Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- General HR Support: Provide professional HR generalist support to line managers and employees, advising on HR best practices.
- Global HR Tools Implementation: Support the regional HR team in introducing and implementing global HR tools, serving as an advocate and educator to managers on their use and benefits.
- Benefits Program Improvement: Develop and recommend changes to benefits programs to ensure best practices.
- Recruitment Activities: Oversee recruitment activities, including managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Post-Employment Processes: Handle post-employment processes, including preparing employment contracts, applying for work visas, and managing onboarding and orientation.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage all compensation and benefits processes, including payroll, bonus management, commissions, sales incentives, and other benefits like group/life/PA insurance, provident fund, and annual medical check-ups.
- Data and Structure Management: Ensure salary structures, job descriptions, compensation tools, administrative guidelines, and grades are up to date in the system.
- Benefits Review and Benchmarking: Conduct benefits reviews and market benchmarking for benefits.
- Training & Development Programs: Design and expand training and development programs based on organizational and individual needs.
- Human Resources Processes: Assist with the implementation and coordination of major HR processes (e.g., annual promotions, performance management).
- Performance Processes Support: Provide guidance and training on giving and receiving feedback, contributing to and reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues, and supporting performance improvement plans.
- Talent Management: Conduct talent reviews, 9-grid talent boxes, succession planning, individual development plans, high-potential programs, job rotation (internal mobility), and expat management (external mobility).
- Leadership Support: Advise on organizational changes and support leadership reviews.
- HR Business Partnering: Act as an HR Business Partner, supporting a strategic business unit at the regional Southeast Asia level.
- Policy Compliance: Support and advise executives on HR policy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Employee Communication and Services: Support all employee communication events and administrative functions to ensure smooth HR operations and employee services.
- Advisory Role: Advise leadership and career counselors on matters including employee performance, disciplinary and grievance issues, and new initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues, providing guidance and intervention to resolve issues.
- HRIS Integration: Manage and support the integration and launch of Workday (HRIS) within the organization.
- Administration Team Leadership: Lead the admin team, supporting facilities, real estate, and administrative functions.
- Data Protection Officer (DPO) for PDPA: Act as the Data Protection Officer for PDPA in Thailand, managing all related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- At least 10+ years solid experiences in HR & Admin with strong team management experiences.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday and Bamboo HR.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals MNC companies is very beneficial.
