Senior HR officer
Location: Bangkok (MRT Accessible)

The Senior HR Officer will oversee the company's human resources operations and ensure the efficient delivery of HR services. The Senior HR Officer will also play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Address employee grievances and provide effective resolutions.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
    • Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management practices.
    • Develop and implement employee development programs and succession planning.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Maintain and update HRIS to ensure accurate employee records.
    • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
    • Other ad-hoc job assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Thai and good command in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
