Assistant HR Manager

Job Description:
• Provide comprehensive HRM/HRD services (70% HRM/ 30% HRD) to all staff, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, manpower planning, staff development, counseling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues etc.
• Formulating, developing and implementing employee handbooks, human resources strategies, policies, systems and processes.
• Making brief weekly/monthly report to top management and provide solution to improve efficiency for the company.
• Create and manage HR branding strategies in accordance with company.
• Monitor salary structure and benefits to ensure balance between cost control and the attraction and retention of staff.
• Provide resolution of employee relations problems to Top Management.
• Drive and coordinate the full-cycle recruitment for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Proven capability in employee relations, with a firm grasp of employment law/practices and legal requirements
• Manage the entire process since resume screening to employee termination regarding all the topics related to the company.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resource management/Political Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HRM/HRD experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRM, HRD and Labor Law with hands-on experience in handling employee relations and labor issues.
• Possessing leadership character with good planning, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Active, creative, result oriented and independent.
• Demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tactful, showing trustworthiness and having strong service mind.
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools is preferable.
• Can work under pressure well.
