Assistant HR Manager (Plant)

Qualifications & Experience
Location: Bangpoo, Samutprakarn
- Managing, analyzing, and validating HR data for reporting and HR systems within set deadlines.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Administering and consolidating the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Organizing employee engagement surveys and compiling reports, with a focus on enhancing the onboarding experience.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives related to data analytics, including implementing HR systems, improving processes, and introducing automation.
- Supporting HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance needs.
- Promoting employee well-being by taking part.
- Assisting with the organization and coordination of training programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent in Thai and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in HRBP, HR reporting, HR data analysis, and other areas of HRM and HRD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong skills in data analysis, especially using Excel (including formulas).
- Previous experience in managing HR operations in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Quick adaptability to new systems and technologies.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to varying situations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in site at Bangpoo, Samut Prakan.
