The Senior HR Officer will oversee the company's human resources operations and ensure the efficient delivery of HR services. The Senior HR Officer will also play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Address employee grievances and provide effective resolutions.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management practices.
- Develop and implement employee development programs and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain and update HRIS to ensure accurate employee records.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
- Other ad-hoc job assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Thai and good command in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
