Responsibilities:
Acquire a thorough understanding of the TMS platform and offer practical installation and assistance to all regionally running businesses.
• Documentation for the Solution: Facilitate conversations about TMS and EDI systems, recording technical and
functional requirements.Take part in training, UAT, testing, and other phases of solution implementation.
Provide operational teams and customers with system demonstrations.
Data analytics: Use programs like SSRS or Power BI (PBI) to create informative reports and dashboards.
Help Desk Support: Using the Help Desk, track and address TMS-related issues.
Maintain and improve the TMS solution, work with the development teams of suppliers to facilitate patch management procedures.
Monitoring of Infrastructure: Keep an eye on server infrastructure to maximize dependability, performance, and capacity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).At least 3 years of experience implementing or supporting 3PL or transportation solutions.
Demonstrated mastery of transport operations and proficiency in implementing TMS solutions.
Knowledge of SSRS, SQL, and APIs. Having prior Power BI experience is a big plus.
Strong data analysis and knowledge of project management concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
Flexibility in Travel: You must be willing and able to travel.
