Job Description:
Create and implement strategic plans for channel distribution in Thailand, ensuring strong and cooperative relationships.
Evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer demands to enhance distribution channels.
Identify, negotiate with, and appoint suitable distributors and agents in target markets, in collaboration with global and local management.
Meet overall sales targets within the assigned distribution network.
Regularly establish, monitor, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) for distributors.
Develop new customer relationships and manage existing accounts through long- and mid-term sales account development strategies with the distribution network.
Maintain a direct field presence by conducting joint visits with distributors to key end-customers to increase sales, identify opportunities, and build positive customer relationships.
Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create relevant training and educational materials for distributors and end customers.
Foster a cooperative relationship with relevant support departments.
Qualification:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent qualification
5-year experience in Electrical industry relating to channel distribution management
Fluent in Thai and English
Strong in communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Willing to travel overseas for training, trade shows and/or meetings etc.
