Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Salary: 80,000 – 120,000 THB

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of various sales channels, and overseeing digital activities across online platforms. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure seamless integration and coordination across all channels to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute comprehensive plans for online sales channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize online channel performance and drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for online channel improvement.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products are suitable for online channels.
Maintain and develop relationships with key online channel partners, including e-commerce platforms and digital marketing agencies.
Design and execute online promotional events and campaigns to boost channel sales.
Forecast online channel sales and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in online channel management, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
