- Oversee daily operations of the accounting and administrative departments.
- Manage financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets.
- Handle transactions and debts and perform cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and update financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Supervise accounting staff and administrative personnel.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Maintain financial records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Perform account reconciliations and internal audits.
- Address financial discrepancies and irregularities.
- Oversee administrative functions such as office management, procurement, and facilities management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to direct and supervise.
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field12.
