Job description;
Collaborate with the SVP to develop the annual manpower and recruitment plan.
Create job advertisements for external media and internal postings, and select effective advertising channels via online and social media.
Plan annual recruitment projects and budget.
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure at least 80% of vacant positions are filled on time each year.
Recruit new candidates according to the recruitment plan and replace vacancies through all recruitment channels promptly.
Develop and maintain a candidate database for future use.
Coordinate with department heads for probationary evaluations of new employees in accordance with company policies.
Work closely with the GM to implement retention programs.
Collaborate with the GM to establish MOUs with top universities to build a pool of new graduates.
Improve the recruitment process using new technologies.
Manage company's Young Resources Program.
Oversee the company's Internship Program.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment, turnover, headcount control, exit interviews, etc., for the GM.
Qualifications ;
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related, preferably in Human Resource Management.
7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
Have the working experience to lead Internship Program & Management Trainee Program
Candidates who are experienced in recruitment agency firms can be considered.
At least 2-3 years of team management experience.
Ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English communication both verbal and written.
