POSITION: WAREHOUSE MANAGER

SALARY: 60,000 – 80,000 THB

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in the food manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the warehouse meets health and safety standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
- Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse Management, with a minimum of 5 years as a Warehouse Manager or in a comparable role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
