Position: Sr. Recruitment Supervisor
Salary: ฿70,000- ฿80,000 per month
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi.
Working Day: Monday - Friday (8.30am- 5.30pm)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a staffing plan aligned with business objectives.
Establish and update recruitment policies, processes, and forms.
Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and hiring.
Establish and maintain recruitment channels, manage the recruitment budget.
Submit reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback.
Manage the organization’s structure.
Develop and update job descriptions in a timely manner.
Qualification:
Any gender, bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 8 years of experience in recruitment.
Independent, positive, with strong teamwork skills.
Proficient in English, with excellent reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities.
