Provide an annual manpower plan in accordance with the company's goals and requirements.
-Post job advertisements for vacant positions on social media platforms such as JobThai, Facebook, JobsDB, etc.
-Develop training plans to enhance employees' knowledge and skills in line with the company’s needs.
-Coordinate with lecturers or relevant training agencies to arrange and conduct training programs.
