Job description:
Manage the recruitment process in alignment with the company's targets.
Conduct interviews, select suitable candidates, and coordinate with department managers to facilitate the selection process.
Provide an annual manpower plan in accordance with the company's goals and requirements.
Post job advertisements for vacant positions on social media platforms such as JobThai, Facebook, JobsDB, etc.
Develop training plans to enhance employees' knowledge and skills in line with the company’s needs.
Coordinate with lecturers or relevant training agencies to arrange and conduct training programs.
