Role Overview:
Lead the sales process for CRM or ERP software, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with pre-sales on presentations, RFPs, and prototypes for potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate interest and identify business needs to create new opportunities.
Present solutions to prospects and communicate their benefits.
Manage existing client accounts for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Create sales proposals and update sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Experience in ERP or CRM, software/hardware sales, or related fields.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of business and ERP/CRM processes is a plus.
Creative, visionary, and strong follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate at all organizational levels and build strategic relationships.
Hardworking, result-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude.
Proven ability to:
Exceed sales targets.
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
Work independently and think creatively.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
