Role Overview:

Lead the sales process for CRM or ERP software, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with pre-sales on presentations, RFPs, and prototypes for potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate interest and identify business needs to create new opportunities.

  • Present solutions to prospects and communicate their benefits.

  • Manage existing client accounts for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Create sales proposals and update sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

  • Experience in ERP or CRM, software/hardware sales, or related fields.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of business and ERP/CRM processes is a plus.

  • Creative, visionary, and strong follow-up skills.

  • Ability to communicate at all organizational levels and build strategic relationships.

  • Hardworking, result-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude.

  • Proven ability to:

    • Exceed sales targets.

    • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.

    • Work independently and think creatively.

    • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
