Payroll Specialist
Our client is a newly set up manufacturing company. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;
Location: Chon Buri
Business Type: Manufacturing
Working day: Mon – Fri
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate payroll records, including deductions, allowances, leave records, and overtime.
Process payroll of employees in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner every month.
Respond to any employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters and
Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee payroll information
Proficient in utilizing an automated payroll system to process payroll efficiently and generate reports for the head department as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience in the Payroll function
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Proficient in MS Excel, V-Look, Payroll system – BIPO
