Job Description:
- Maintain and update HR policies & procedures for all countries in SE Asia.
- Maintain all related HR policies & procedures are up-to-date and comply with relevant local laws.
- Ensure employees are well aware of company’s HR policies & procedures. ➢
Utilize communication tools to enhance better understanding.
Support the activities of employee recruitment;
- Engage recruitment agencies as well as coordinate for improving their quality of services.
- Communicate job vacancies’ required qualifications to appointed agencies.
- Perform HR interview with candidates and propose salary & benefits package.
- Conduct induction and orientation to new employees.
- Prepare Offer Letter, Create account HR system and employee profile record.
- Maintain and update job descriptions.
Follow up of probation review prior probationary completion due.
Prepare compensation and benefits management;
- Conduct periodically review/analysis of compensation & benefits and ensure both external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Prepare annual salary increment report and summary.
- Prepare communication letter of salary increment, promotion, bonuses, etc. to individual employees.
- Responsible for the arrangement of staff recognition program for SE Asia.
- Summaries monthly payroll details (including overtime pays, allowances, bonuses, benefits, new joiners and leavers, etc.) for input to payroll system.
- Tax submission by upload file, Social Security Fund submission forms, Provident Fund forms, Social Security In-Out forms, and payroll slips.
- Prepare 15 months listing report.
- Upload payroll transactions to HSBC.net for management approval.
Prepare G/L entry for payroll and 13th month accrual.
Prepare monthly payroll for all countries in SE Asia, including;
- Check the accuracy and Reconcile the movements from prior month.
- Verify 15 months listing report, G/L entry of Payroll and 13th month accrual.
- Upload payroll transactions to HSBC.net for management approval.
Prepare monthly/quarterly HR reports;
- Assist in preparation of annual staff cost budget for SE Asia.
- Maintain annual leave records.
- Coordinate as the focal point with designate insurance company and its broker, Social Security Office to provide all related documents for any updates; new employee, resigned employee, and personal changes of existing employee as required.
- Source and arrange medical check-up for employees in Thailand.
- Prepare long service certificates
Qualification
- Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Having at least 10 years HRM, HRD experience in a multi-national company.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Good managerial skills and able to work well under pressure.
- Proactive and results oriented.
- Computer literate (MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Good command of English language (Speaking and written).
- Inter personality, communication skills and service minded.
- Quick thinking, positive attitude, hardworking, flexible and responsible.
- Extensive experience in providing executive support and assistance at all levels.
- Able to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
