N/AHRBP Manager

- Oversee all functions of the Human Resources Business Partner team, including compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategic planning.
- Develop company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Labor Law, and communicate updates to employees regarding policy-related issues.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and monthly reports (SSO, PND).
- Organize onboarding orientations for new employees, conduct exit interviews, and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare, update, and maintain HR records, documents, policies, processes, and procedures to comply with legislative requirements, and continuously review and implement a Performance Management System.
- Offer prompt advice and solutions to Line Managers on HR-related issues.
- Provide counseling to employees at all levels regarding work-related problems or issues.
- Propose and implement new initiatives to improve existing HR practices, policies, and strategies.
- Forecast, manage, and control the HR and Administrative budget.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Qualification:
- Fluency in English and Thai communication in all areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Political Science or related filed.
- Well-round experience as an HR generalist/ business partner for at least 8 years in a multicultural working environment.
- A strong display of maturity, professionalism, and effective communications with different levels of stakeholders.
- Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Dynamic and agile to be able to handle and adapt to a constant change of business requirement.
- Possess a goal-orientation mindset to achieve tasks within the timeline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint.
