Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in field application engineer role.
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor devices and applications.
- Excellent written and communication in English. (TOEIC 750 or above)
- Must have driver’s license and own car.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during product installation and troubleshooting.
- Develop technical presentations and participate in customer training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to develop customer-tailored solutions.
- Performing technical analysis of circuits, boards to resolve issues or meet customers’ criteria.
- Working on proof of concepts, demonstrators, reference solutions to support customers & build system knowledge.
- Preparing the training material & conducting technical trainings, workshops and seminars in Thailand.
- Preparing presentations, technical documents, application notes, etc.
