Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant fields.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in field application engineer role.
Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor devices and applications.
Excellent written and communication in English. (TOEIC 750 or above)
Must have driver’s license and own car.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
Provide on-site and remote technical support during product installation and troubleshooting.
Develop technical presentations and participate in customer training sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to develop customer-tailored solutions.
Performing technical analysis of circuits, boards to resolve issues or meet customers’ criteria.
Working on proof of concepts, demonstrators, reference solutions to support customers & build system knowledge.
Preparing the training material & conducting technical trainings, workshops and seminars in Thailand.
Preparing presentations, technical documents, application notes, etc.
