Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for cutting tool products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify trends to forecast sales projections accurately.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding market reach and acquiring new customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our cutting tool products, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, highlighting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
