Position: Assistant Manager Quality Control (Japanese speaking N3 or Above)

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain work instructions pertaining to branch hygiene.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of products across branches.
- Address and manage feedback related to branch standards.
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of departmental manuals.
- Monitor branch activities through CCTV systems.
- Liaise with suppliers to address issues related to insects and rodents.
- Create and update hygiene-related video content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Japanese language (N3 level or higher).
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks.
