Qualifications:
- At least 3 years Japanese restaurant experience.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Japanese ingredients, cooking techniques, and culinary traditions.
- Able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring and cleanliness.
- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
- Handling raw ingredients and Japanese cuisine cooking.
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the established quality and presentation standards.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
