Assistant HR Manager
Job Description:
Oversee the entire recruitment process for both Head Office and Retail positions.
Facilitate onboarding to ensure a positive orientation experience for new Head Office employees.
Handle monthly payroll processing, including report submissions and statutory payments.
Serve as the liaison with government agencies regarding labor laws and HR regulations.
Coordinate with payroll vendors or responsible personnel for payroll processes.
Manage comprehensive HR operations, including payroll audits, expat visa applications/renewals, Long Service Award Program, performance management, employee engagement, and HR advisory in Thailand.
Collaborate with the Line Manager on HR strategic modernization and SEA HR transformation projects.
Address all HR matters in the store, including staff disciplinary actions and counseling.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates for Head Office and Retail Store.
Support annual HR processes such as performance appraisals and people reviews in Thailand.
Handle administrative tasks and partner with the Reward team in SEA.
Manage HR administration for all office-based employees in Thailand.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the retail industry or a similar field.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of HR administrative procedures in Thailand.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
