Sales Engineer- Northern (Based in Chiang Mai)
Job Description Summary
To achieve budgeted sales in Company‘s complete range of products through direct customers and specifier in own responsibility area.
Gather and discuss information on market intelligence, Pricing, Competitor activity of both existing and new market including product desirability and opportunity, etc.
To offer a high level of full customer services and technical backup to all customers in his or her responsibility area.
Work closely with specify team & try to take benefit from specify work, act as an information source available to Contractors/ architect / consultant / owner / developer by maintaining a mix of communication channels to those group for prompt response to enquiries.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Account Managers in managing account activities and processes.
Analyze and manage account renewal process.
Analyze and resolve client queries in an accurate and timely manner.
Develop and maintain client reports.
Review reports for accuracy and integrity.
Manage endorsement requests and change requests from customers.
Develop account management plan to meet business objectives.
Organize staff training for performance and skill development.
Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards.
Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, etc.
This position may need sometime for monthly meeting at BKK office.
