POSITION: PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SALARY: 70,000 – 100,000 THB
Job Summary:
The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling parts for construction machinery to both existing and potential customers. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction machinery parts, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibility:
- Promote and sell parts for construction machinery to customers, including contractors, equipment rental companies, and construction firms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate parts.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of construction machinery parts and their applications.
- Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Advise customers on parts compatibility, availability, and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identify and engage potential customers to expand the client base.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites to assess needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels of parts.
- Monitor inventory turnover and recommend adjustments to meet customer demand.
- Assist in managing backorders and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in the construction machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction machinery parts and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
