POSITION: PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SALARY: 70,000 – 100,000 THB
Job Summary:
The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling parts for construction machinery to both existing and potential customers. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction machinery parts, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibility:
Promote and sell parts for construction machinery to customers, including contractors, equipment rental companies, and construction firms.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate parts.
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and follow up on leads.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of construction machinery parts and their applications.
Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.
Advise customers on parts compatibility, availability, and pricing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Identify and engage potential customers to expand the client base.
Conduct regular visits to customer sites to assess needs and provide solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels of parts.
Monitor inventory turnover and recommend adjustments to meet customer demand.
Assist in managing backorders and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in the construction machinery industry.
Strong knowledge of construction machinery parts and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
