Job Description:
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques.
- Research and develop contact lists for lead generation.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate contact.
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns to initiate contact with leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect’s business needs, pain points, and challenges.
- Gather relevant information to assess whether the prospect is a qualified lead.
- Collaborate the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and improve sales processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
