Position: Network Operations (Change Management)
Salary: up to 65,000 THB
Location: Bangkok - BTS line
JAC Recruitment is helping an international IT service provider company find potential Network Operations (Change Management) to manage changes to the network infrastructure in a systematic, controlled manner to minimize risks and ensure continuity.
Responsibilities:
Support Network Change Configuration – supporting technical operation and network infrastructure
Create WP/actionable deliverables for the core change management plans
Participate in change management assessment – identify strategies for risk mitigation.
Monitor change progress by tracking and reporting issues to upper management.
Maintain / Configurate network and security device including but not limited to Cisco switch and Cisco/Aruba Wireless Controller, Palo-alto FW,Panorama, VPN, Prisma, SDWAN Velocloud, FortiProxy, Fortigate firewall, Aruba Clearpass
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (both hardware and software)
Responsibilities:
Experience for 3+ years (Senior) / 5+ years (Lead) in managing network support operations / change management
Solid knowledge of network infrastructure - Routing and Switching, TCP/IP, and related protocols
Practical experience in Cisco L2/L3 switch and Cisco Wireless Controller, Next-Generation Firewall Palo-Alto, Fortinet ,Aruba 7010 Wireless Controllers/ClearPass , Checkpoint
Practical experience in Load Balance/Fortigate, Proxy and Velocloud/Viptela SD WAN will be advantage
Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management Principles.
Communicative (Senior) / Good (Lead) English communication level
