Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the automotive sector.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers at first-tier automotive manufacturers to promote our semiconductor products.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to address customer needs and feedback.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate new business leads.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on semiconductor products and the automotive industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products and their applications in the automotive sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English proficiencies and Japanese as an optional.
