About the Role: We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Business Consultant to join a leading consulting firm. This role will focus on supporting clients in the automotive industry and sustainability sector, providing strategic insights and solutions to drive business growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consulting services to clients in the automotive and sustainability sectors, analyzing business challenges and proposing strategic solutions.
Conduct market research, data analysis, and industry assessments to support decision making.
Collaborate with Japanese HQ and local teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Facilitate meetings, discussions, and reports in Japanese and English.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to offer valuable insights to clients.
Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and strong English communication skills.
Experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or project management, preferably in the automotive or sustainability field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in automotive industry, sustainability consulting, or related fields is a plus.
Experience working with Japanese clients or companies.
