Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the automotive sector.

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers at first-tier automotive manufacturers to promote our semiconductor products.

  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.

  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to address customer needs and feedback.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate new business leads.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on semiconductor products and the automotive industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.

  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products and their applications in the automotive sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • English proficiencies and Japanese as an optional.
