POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER - MANUFACTURING
INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE PARTS MANUFACTURING
LOCATION: AYUTHAYA
SALARY: 120,000 – 150,000 THB
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our automotive parts manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a focus on driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and R&D, to align manufacturing capabilities with market demands.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
