Job Summary: The Human Resources Development Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of an organization’s employees. This role involves assessing development needs, designing training programs, and managing a team of training specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the company’s development needs to drive training initiatives.
- Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
- Design and develop training programs, including online e-learning, workshops, and classrooms.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide individual coaching and counseling.
- Coordinate and monitor career pathing and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage the development, delivery, and budget of the company’s training programs.
- Track and report on training outcomes, including return on investment analyses.
- Handle any grievances or violations invoking disciplinary action.
- Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Thai & good command in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Education, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the HR Development function.
- Strong training planning and implementation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborative and trainee-centric mindset.
- Team leadership ability and experience.
- Able to work one-Saturday of each month.
