Job Description
• Advise on the financial implications of management decisions and establish the financial soundness of proposed acquisitions and divestment of assets or businesses.
• Ensure that the profits of the organization are protected through the establishment.
• Direct the establishment of financial/accounting principles, procedures and practices in line with legal and corporate requirements.
• Responsible for overall accounting and finance function, treasury including budget control, group finance, internal control.
Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, accounting, business or related field
• Solid knowledge in explore a new entity in aboard.
• Strong background in finance management such as accounting standards, financial reports, corporate governance, financial tools, budget control, risk management and tax management.
• Familiar with SET regulations and IPO process to be a listed company
