Job Description: 
•  Mainly, to assist and support the Company Secretary for both secretarial role and SEC & SET compliance role. 
•  Organizing shareholders/Board/Executives meeting to ensure that any decision making of a company is following legal requirements. 
•  Give preliminary advice to board members on legal issues, and practices of good corporate governance principles. 
•  Design, implement and oversee processes and mechanisms for the effective delivery of legal advice, opinions, and responses to legal queries. 
•  Prepare, draft, and review commercial contracts both in Thai and English to ensure that terms and conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, and properly protect the company's interest. 
•  To arrange detailed plan, work procedure, including legal documents (i.e., notice, and minutes) for Board of Directors  and sub-committees' meetings of WHA and all subsidiaries 
•   To liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that Board's requests and initiatives are communicated and followed up where necessary. 
•  To keep the original copy of all notice, signed minutes, directors, and management profiles, updated report on securities trading of all directors and managements and relevant reports in safely manner and in order. 
•  To assist the Company Secretary team in all CG matters. 
•  To coordinate with corporate governance agencies to update rules, regulations for best practices. 
•  To perform other tasks assigned by the Company Secretary. 

Qualification: 
•  Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Law, or any other related fields 
•  5-8 years working experience in corporate secretary field from listed companies or at least 5 years in legal field. 
•  Good command of English both in spoken and written 
•  Good Computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
•  High degree of professional ethics and integrity 
•  Detail oriented, service mind & good interpersonal skill 
•  Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks  
•  Able to work under high pressure, self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn new things.
