Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends and competition to develop strategies for acquiring new clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions that meet their digital marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the digital marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
