Position: Application Support Analyst
Location: Bangkok (Hybrid)
Salary: Negotiable
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Application maintenance such as providing first-line support for software applications, ticketing, troubleshooting
- Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors.
- Perform test cases for application testing.
- Responsible for Application Testing.
- Updating and maintaining technical documentation and procedures
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / Software Engineering or related
- More than 2 years experience as an Application Support Analyst
- Programming language such as PL/SQL
- Knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Knowledge of Oracle Database.
- Good English communication
