Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Job Responsibilities:
Provide phone, email, and remote support for ERP and financial application software.
Troubleshoot daily issues and create support logs.
Coordinate with software owners and keep customers updated on issue resolutions.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
Ensure the smooth operation of IT services and infrastructure.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Qualifications:
Thai nationality.
Bachelor’s degree in AIS/MIS, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience in supporting or implementing ERP software.
Service-minded with a good attitude and self-motivation.
Strong emotional intelligence, flexibility, and fast learning abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
