Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the efforts of team members to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the defined scope, and adhere to budgetary constraints.
Anticipate and identify upcoming tasks in detail and proactively communicate with the management team and relevant stakeholders.
Install and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency.
Administer and manage VMware environments, including ESXi, vCenter, provisioning, snapshot management, storage, and vSAN configurations.
Manage and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for system assets, including Windows Server, Active Directory, File Server, and Exchange Server.
Execute local backup operations and perform data integrity checks to ensure reliable backup storage and restoration processes.
Monitor and secure the system infrastructure to safeguard against potential threats and ensure overall system integrity.
Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and prevent any potential disruptions.
Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient workflow processes.
Liaise with various departments to prevent and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Provide support and coordination with vendors and maintain support tags.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT domains, including Data Center, System Administration, Network, and Office Infrastructure.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
In-depth knowledge of VMware technologies, including ESXi, vCenter, provisioning, snapshot management, storage, and vSAN.
Comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure, including DNS and DHCP.
Proficient in administering Microsoft 365, with expertise in Microsoft Admin 365 Centers, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
Expertise in Group Policy Object (GPO) management and enterprise-level policy configuration.
Experience with backup software and familiarity with ticket management systems.
Knowledge of vulnerability assessment (VA) resolution and system hardening.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and best practices.
