Position: Supply Chain Sustainability Manager
Salary: 100,000 - 120,000 THB / Month
Location: Pernjit, Bangkok, Thailand
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and Manage Sustainability Strategies:
- Create and implement supply chain sustainability strategies to minimize environmental impact, ensure ethical sourcing, and meet sustainability goals.
- Oversee Traceability Efforts:
- Track the origin and journey of products and materials within the supply chain to ensure traceability.
- Plan and Execute CSR Projects:
- Manage CSR projects related to supply chain sustainability, including community engagement and philanthropic initiatives.
- Collaborate for Responsible Sourcing:
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to promote responsible sourcing practices and select sustainable materials.
- Monitor Supplier Compliance:
- Ensure supplier compliance with environmental, social, and ethical standards, and work with non-compliant suppliers to improve practices.
- Assess and Report on KPIs:
- Track progress toward sustainability goals by assessing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead Communication Efforts:
- Develop clear and engaging reports, case studies, and communication materials related to supply chain sustainability.
- Stay Informed on Trends and Regulations:
- Keep up-to-date with emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices in the supply chain industry.
- Support Employee Training Programs:
- Develop and promote employee training programs to enhance awareness and best practices in supply chain sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Working experience from MNC or global consulting
- Experience with sustainability certifications (e.g., Fair Trade, FSC, EUDR) is a plus.
- Experience with sustainability in agriculture manufacturing business is a plus
