Job Summary:
The Deputy CEO will support the CEO in driving strategy, operations, and business growth within the crude palm oil and biodiesel sectors. This role focuses on overseeing business development, sourcing and exporting CPO 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate on long-term business strategies, ensuring growth and sustainability.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, build partnerships, and drive product innovation. Build business to generate products' sale to International market and price determination and negotiation for CPO with prospective buyers
• Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control. Analyzing the optimal pricing for CPO (Crude Palm Oil) as well as the purchase and sale prices 

• Sustainability: Supporting the social and environmental sustainability of the communities involved in the palm oil supply chain.

• Leadership: Lead and develop management teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

   

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of senior management experience, ideally in Crude palm oil trading, biodiesel, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Crude palm oils export and trading and operational excellence.

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
