Head of Trade Marketing

Job Description in Brief:

• Managing and implementing trade & consumer promotion plans including evaluation for trade channel with company target and market condition.
• Developing sales strategies, marketing, promotion/pricing strategies, and brand plans to increase revenue and meet quality standards.
• Developing and executing monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans. Achieve agreed sales volume and control of expenses.
• Searching for market opportunities in multi Trade channel by tracking consumer needs, competitors’ market situations and business opportunities to develop a business plan accurately.
• Tracking sales target with options to support sales and management team to meet company target

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in trade marketing in consumer products, FMCG, etc. 
• Trade Marketing Knowledge in various channel; MT, TT, online. 
• Preferably experience in leading large team
• Experience in project implementation is plus
• Detail-oriented, Strong analytical, self-motivation, problem solving and presentation skills.
• Able to weekly regular visit the team at factory in Bangpakong
