Location: Bkk City
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB (Negotiable)
Job Descriptions:
Manage sales targets for the local retail business.
Evaluate the performance of store personnel and take appropriate action, including training, task assignment, procedural clarification, and involvement in hiring and termination processes.
Oversee store profitability by analyzing store layout, traffic flow, display effectiveness, and product line contribution.
Develop and enforce store procedures and processes to ensure compliance.
Manage day-to-day store operations within the retail sector.
Analyze store performance, identify trends, and propose promotional strategies to meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
At least 3 years experience of retail operation preferably within fashion retail industry
Good personability and communication skills
Good English, Chinese is a plus
