Job Responsibilities
- Create a friendly and consistent social media strategy for Thailand’s Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to attract new followers and manage the community well.
- Develop the strategy following the country’s plan and global standards, focusing on SEO, user experience and driving conversions.
- Help the marketing team improve performance by optimizing social media posts.
- Support content promotion through paid media, third-party distribution and influencers.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning activation strategies across all channels.
- Track performance, continuously test and optimize strategies.
- Show social media ROI to ensure continued investment and integration into business plans.
- Create innovative social media content ideas for key initiatives, events and athlete projects.
- Brief and supervise production agencies and freelancers.
- Work with freelancers to refresh and localize existing content.
- Help athletes improve their content production and social media skills.
- Expand the KOL and creator program to reach new audiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in media networks or social media in consumer goods, media, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing, including tools for publishing, listening, and reporting.
- Excellent writing skills for creating engaging stories.
- Attention to detail and project management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of video and photo editing software like Premiere and Photoshop.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Thai and English.
