Responsibilities:
- Launching new software in collaboration with the IT team (Go Live project).
- Developing policies and practices for gathering and evaluating data [SOP].
- Analyzing data critically, screening it, and profiling it to find any problems [Insufficient Knowledge Document, FAQ].
- Creating new methods for data analysis [New Report, Reduce Manual Report].
- Constantly evaluating analytics [monitor application, CR enhancement].
- Managing the data warehouse, which includes gathering and using all data.
- Adding to one's understanding of business intelligence to offer continuing process improvement.
Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as Business Analysis, Project management or Product/Process management or in IT solution design
- Strong analytical skills and track record in completion of project assignments
- Possess initiative to drive system enhancements and process improvements.
- Knowledge of shipping industry would be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in English
